ACCOMMODATION

Villa No.6 comprises of two upstairs bedrooms, one double and one twin each having a bathroom. The double room has a bath/shower and toilet, a/c and ceiling fan and the twin room has a shower and toilet a/c and ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have good wardrobe space and both have a small outside balcony with table and chairs.

Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine microwave etc, dining area with table and six chairs, there's also a toilet and storage space and the living area with TV, DVD player, CD player, bookcase with lots of reading choice and also a sofa bed which is suitable for two small children (up to about 10 yrs) or one teenager. There is also a zip up bed for one which is kept under the double bed and a blow-up bed for one (with pump).
 

There are two balconies on the ground floor, one overlooking the shared pool area and has a table and two chairs and one to the front of the villa with table and chairs and a BBQ area.

The location of Green Valley complex is on a tarmac road off the main Polis to Latchi road and at this junction there is a Cyprus Tourism Office, two supermarkets which stay open quite late and sell all the provisions that you are likely to require and a small hospital at the side of one of them with 24hr contact. Taxis can be caught here to take you on the short ride to any of the local beaches or indeed to the shops and restaurants of Polis or Latchi.

The villa is maintained and cleaned for us by Denise and Dave who live at number five and are resident in Cyprus so if there are any problems they are always on hand. They are lovely people people and we are so lucky to have them as neighbours.
